Anaglyphical Roundism is the most technically audacious and visually arresting work in the entire Roundism series — a seated female nude in the artist's signature rounded cubist language is rendered using the anaglyphical (3D anaglyph) technique, which splits the image into cyan-teal and red-orange colour channels offset from one another, creating the illusion of three-dimensional depth and projection. Even without the traditional red-cyan glasses, the image has an extraordinary electric vibrancy and visual pulse — the figure seeming to vibrate and step forward from the canvas surface.
